This information is a necessary part of completing your order and is used solely for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information may also be used to get in touch with you. "Remember Me" Service
Our "Remember Me" service allows a registered member access to their personal account features without having to log in each time they visit. When a visitor registers with us and chooses this option, we'll remember their information. If you select this service, log-in to our site is automatic; you'll have access to your account information when you return to our site. In order to register for this service, a visitor's browser must be configured to accept cookies. INFORMATION REQUESTED WHEN YOU CONTACT US

Supney.com collects personal information in an effort to improve our customer's shopping experience. We will never misuse the information you provide. We do not share any e-mail addresses with any outside vendors. We do share your contact information with third party intermediaries - vendors, shipping companies and credit card companies - only to the extent necessary to fulfill your order with Supney.com. UPDATES & UNSUBSCRIBING


Email
Supney.com will, from time-to-time, e-mail members of our e-mail list with special promotions and offers. This will help you take advantage of savings on products that may be of interest to you. Supney.com does not share ANY user information with any third party unless the visitor is taking part in a promotion we are undertaking with a third party. In those cases, which are very rare, Supney.com expressly asks for permission. When Supney.com does send out email, the only people that receive them are:

-People that have purchased from our online store or signed up to receive our newsletter at some point.
-People that have signed up with other companies (such as, EZ Solutions, etc.) to receive special offers.
-Resellers that have requested to receive emails from us.

If you are on one of our lists and do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please send us a blank email to unsubscribe@supney.com, and type "unsubscribe" in the subject line, and make sure that this email originates from the email address that you wish to unsubscribe.

Removals are usually done within 24 hours. However, to ensure that the unsubscribe process has been completed successfully, please allow two weeks. Please excuse any interim e-mails that are received while we update our records.

Sometimes you may receive duplicate emails from us. We apologize in advance if this ever happens with you. There can be many reason for this to happen, but the primary reason being that your email address exists in multiple mailing lists.
