The following terms and conditions govern the sale by EZ Solutions, as stated on the invoice that is provided on all customer orders for items purchased on EZmethods.com. By accepting delivery of the products described on the invoice, customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at EZ Solution's sole discretion. Order Processing Time:

US Shipments - For express shipping, orders received by 2PM EST will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on product availability. Orders received after 2PM EST,  or Friday, on a weekend, or holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day (M-F). Usually, all orders are shipped from anywhere between one to seven days, based on availability and type of shipping method. EZ Solutions is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.
 

Order Review:

▪ Your order may be reviewed by EZ Solutions to ensure the order is accurate, the credit card is valid, and that you are authorized to use this payment method.
▪ Your credit card is charged once your order is processed, which is usually within a few minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

How and When We Ship:

Delivery Times to Remote Locations:

Delivery to remote locations may take longer than the delivery method indicates. As a general rule, add another 25% time for delivery to remote locations.
 

Important Note About Taxes:

EZ Solutions is required to collect appropriate sales taxes when shipping to the following states: Maryland and Washington DC. In addition, freight is taxable in Connecticut, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas and Washington.
 

Important Note About Promotions:

Any applicable sales promotions or rebate offers are not valid when combined with any other sales promotions or rebate offers for the same product.
 

Important Note About Product Availability:

Offers are valid while supplies last. Product may not be available for immediate delivery. Customers will be notified by EZ Solutions in the event a product is backordered.
 

Important Note About Title & Risk of Loss:

EZ Solutions retains title and risk of loss until delivery of the Product to Customer's location as evidenced by proof or delivery collected by carrier. The proof of delivery or signature collected by the carrier at the Customer address will be deemed sufficient proof of delivery.

Upon receipt of your order, if we discover that pricing, availability or any other product information is inaccurate, we will notify you within 24-business hours of the error. Delivery Guarantee:

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.
 

Refused Delivery:

Refused Delivery of any order is subject to 25% - 50% restocking fee for non-perishable items and 100% for perishable items. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the delivery of the product to you and also for the return shipping and handling charges for the return refused delivery.
 

International Deliveries:

Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii addresses may be available via Express Delivery only. Please add $9.95 per order to the Standard Shipping & Handling charge, and allow one additional day for delivery.

Mexico and Canada Delivery
