The following terms and conditions govern the sale by Supney.com, ("Supney.com") as stated on the invoice that is provided on all Customer orders for items purchased on Supney.com. Products purchased on Supney.com are not for resale. By accepting delivery of the products described on the invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at Supney.com's sole discretion. Supney.com is for Customers in the United States, Canada, and a few other countries. For Customers in other parts of the world, please contact us for further details.
 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

US Shipments - For express shipping, orders received by 2PM EST will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on product availability. If your order is received after 2PM on Friday or a holiday, shipment occurs the following Monday or next working day. Usually, all orders are shipped from anywhere between one to seven days, based on availability. Supney.com is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.
 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

▪ Supney.com ships all orders via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

DELIVERY TIMES TO REMOTE LOCATIONS


Delivery to remote locations may take longer than the delivery method indicates. Add another 25% time for delivery to remote locations.

Supney.com is required to collect appropriate sales taxes when shipping to the following states: Maryland and Washington DC. In addition, freight is taxable in Connecticut, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas and Washington.

-Orders received by 2pm EST will normally be processed the same day, based on product availability. Orders received after 2PM EST, on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day (M-F).

HOW AND WHEN WE SHIP

We use only the most effective delivery services available to guarantee that your order arrives on time. With our standard delivery service, we generally ship the next business day, and orders arrive in 7 business days to most locations.
 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii addresses may be available via Express Delivery only. Please add $9.95 per order to the Standard Shipping & Handling charge, and allow one additional day for delivery.

Canada Delivery
We ship via UPS & FedEx Worldwide Express and add 30% of the catalog price to the standard delivery charges. Delivery is within 10 business days.

Other Countries:
Add 30% of merchandise total (plus the standard shipping and handling charge).
 

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.
 

REFUSED DELIVERY

Refused Delivery of any order is subject to 25% - 50% restocking fee for non-perishable items and 100% for perishable items.
