: : Step 1: Initial Evaluation: Diagnostic Testing : :

We first diagnose the problem and then treat it – This will assess where exactly you stand and what you need to do, in order to achieve your goals. This will also determine your strengths and weaknesses so that we can improve upon them accordingly.

One of EZ Solution’s special features is in the area of diagnostic testing, which is specifically designed for each student. We can analyze, design, and evaluate each individual’s learning requirements, weaknesses, as well as strengths, and thereby allocate a methodical learning process that is most effectively suited for the individual.
 

: : Step 2: Make a Tutoring Plan : :

Structure an individual Plan After initial diagnostic testing and evaluation, a personalized education plan is devised and developed for each student. This will determine your strengths and weaknesses so that we can improve upon them accordingly. The idea of our educational plan is to focus on the weaknesses and transforming them into strengths. The growth accomplishment is achieved through diagnostic and prescriptive teaching employing innovative techniques, to stimulate awareness and knowledge in the student and activate, as well as accelerate their learning process.

The most important feature of our educational plan and approach is our individualized and personalized approach, which is blending one-on-one tutoring with computer aided teaching and professionally designed material. Teacher and student work in unison as a team, in exclusivity and hourly sessions at the comfort of our office, your home, local library, or any other mutually convenient place. Home-work assigned between the sessions enables student to utilize their newly acquired learning skills, and monitor his/her performance.

Our Individual Educational Plan works toward building student’s self confidence and enhances their ability to learn and perform better. The personalized support and rapport of mentoring invigorates students’ motivational, organizational, as well as learning skills. In addition we do constant and regular scrutinizing of students’ performance and progress, and regularly update the education plan.

Gifted and Talented Students – We focus on unique and specific concerns of the gifted and talented children and their families. Our individualized and personalized approach encourages and provides programs designed to stimulate and accelerate the learning potential of these already gifted and talented children to the optimum level.

: : Step3: Monitored Quantitative Performance Evaluation : :

We monitor continuous quantitative performance evaluation of each student throughout the program – this verifies what progress has been made so far, and the areas that need further improvement.
 

: : Step 4: Final Evaluation : :

By this stage the student is expected to overcome all their weaknesses and achieve the objectives set at the beginning of the plan – If there is still a gap between the objective that we had set at the beginning of the plan and the goals met, we go back and correct the same; if not we move on to the next subject area that needs improvement.
 

: : Step 5: Enhancement Follow Up : :

After the completion of the tutoring program, we do enhancement follow-up – We contact all our previous clients to re-assure that they were fully satisfied with our services, and if they were able to fully achieve their goals.
